Excellent Game!

This is a easy choice to make, buy this game if you appreciate good graphics, interesting gameplay and changing puzzles magic, weapons and monsters. Ive completed the game without paying for extras and it has been by far my best game purchase on the app store. I have this on my iphone4 and Ipad.

Dont open, in my iphone 6 v 8.1.3

I cant play it

Doesnt work

Ipad mini. Black Screen. Doesnt work since 3 months. DONT BUY IT

Never ending instalkation

It ibstalls and installs, will it ever get done installing? It looks like it is stuck and wont work ;(

Topspiel

Allerdings nicht lauffähig unter ios8. Not running on devices with iOS8 installed.

Black Screen on Load. Unplayable.

All it does is a black screen on my ipad air... What a waste of memory.

Technical issue has been solved

Finally it works again on iOS 8. The game is great, I like it very much, even if it could get eventually repetitive. The 4 different type of character have completely different skills and magic powers, so its interesting to start the game again to try new tactics. Thanks!

Will give 5

I love this game - so addictive. I loved the first puzzle quest too, but this one has a more engaging world, better puzzle variety, and a better gem system (a fifth mana colour and a weapon charge instead of gems for money and experience). The problem is that I have had my game freeze up too many times (at least ten) when I was in a battle, and three of those times I was about to win. Very frustrating. Oddly enough, the menu button would be responsive even though everything else had frozen up. (I have a 4S.) Also, if I have to put my phone down and come back to it (or my iPad), sometimes there are graphics glitches if I was mid-battle when I let my device go idle. As a side note, Id love to be able to play my same hero on my phone and iPad - access it through game center or something - since Ive paid for it.

Not so great

The size of the buttons and UI elements is way too small on a phone. The touch control of the gem board is imprecise and often causes errors. Too bad i really liked the first one...

Where did my game go?

I played it for a few nights and now my saved game has disappeared. Frustrating!!

Saves dont transfer between devices

The iPad version is much easier to play due to the small buttons on the iPhone. What really annoys me is the inability to pick up your game on another device. Waiting for all the experience and quest messages to flash across the screen after each fight really breaks the flow of the game too.

Addicting

Puzzle quest 2 is great fun, but youll wonder where all you spare time went.

Tremendous.

This is such a good game. Its one of my favorite puzzle matching games Ive ever played. Ive been playing it nonstop since I buy and its got a lot of fun things to do. Hours and hours of fun gameplaying challenge.

Predecessor better

Great puzzle game, but I prefer Puzzle Quest 1. The music and artwork is far superior and I liked the "map" play on PQ1 over PQ2s town view that is slow and buggy.

Annoying crashes

I love this game but... crashes way too often and the game play is a bit too slow. Id give it 5 stars if they fix the crashing.

Good, but could be much better

The game is pretty good overall, but a few major bugs and design issues prevent me from giving me a better score. The main bugs that I find very annoying: - Sometimes, a puzzle hangs: the buttons are flashing for boh you and your opponent but it simply does not respond to anything you do. You need to exit the puzzle and start over. - On my iPad mini, I sometimes get extreme lag (like the app freezes for 5-10 seconds, if not more). This gets annoying, but I can live with it. But on my iPod Touch 4th gen, this happens VERY often, making the game nearly unplayable at times. - The buttons in the menu interfaces are waaay too small on iPod touch. I mean, if you have different layouts for iPad vs iPod/iPhone, why not different assets? COME ON. - A design issue: you can start loot puzzles over as often as you want, as long as you ont complete it. Thats kind of broken: it means you can always get awesome loot for all of these puzzles. - Another design issue: when you do an area search puzzle and find a trap, its useless. Indeed, theres no difference between what happens when you walk into an undiscovered trap or one you found (that is, you cant avoid discovered traps, like "walk around it"...) So... Nice game, could have been much better.

Bad update

Very frustrating that you now have to confirm every action before it will actually happen. ("Are you sure?") Makes every battle take twice as long. Im considering deleting the game as its just become too frustrating. Its too bad. Puzzle Quest 1 was great, #2 is ok but with this update its not worth wasting your time.

Fun but buggy

Fun game. In some ways dumbed down from the first Puzzle Quest, in other ways enhanced. World feels smaller. City sieges are gone. There is a fun new action points / items mechanic that differentiates classes and adds tactical decision making. Opponent AI is smarter and more dangerous. Game is very buggy on iOS. Frequent long pauses, and touch controls are janky and non-responsive (or worse, misinterpreted) on iPhone 5S and iPad 2. Occasional lockups while playing.

Good

Good game, but occasionally freezes on iPad 2 so it only gets 4 stars. Auto save works well to prevent progress loss, but its still annoying when you have to fight battles twice due to crashes.

Why its not working anymore?

I love this game a lot. It has been a week the game isnt working. Please, fix it.
